Yong-Lak Park

Professor of Entomology, DAVIS COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, NATURAL RESOURCES AND DESIGN

Dr. Park is a Professor of Entomology in the Division of Plant and Soil Sciences at Davis College. He has taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses related to insects including general entomology, insect ecology, aquatic entomology, insect physiology, insect evolution, and geostatistics for ecology. He was awarded the outstanding faculty for teaching multiple times in the Division. His research interests include insect ecology, pest management, and the use of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., satellites, drones, and artificial intelligence) to solve current issues related to insects.
