Kathy Fletcher
IT Application Administrator, WVU Information Technology Services (ITS)
Kathy's roles during her 40 plus years at WVU include Statistics instructor, 13 years as the Manager of IT Training, and many of those years as an IT support specialist/trainer for a plethora of software applications that have changed over time. She currently provides advanced technical support to WVU employees and students for Qualtrics, eXplorance Blue (SEI), AbleCommerce 7, LISTSERV, Office 365, and iClicker student response systems. She began her career by mastering Fortran, Job Control Language, and the IBM 29 keypunch machine.
Tracey Beckley
ASSISTANT PROVOST FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING
Tracey J. Beckley is the assistant provost for teaching and learning at WVU and provides direct leadership of the Teaching and Learning Commons. In this role, she contributes visionary, collaborative leadership for the instructional teaching and learning mission of the University, ensuring innovative, high-quality educational opportunities for a diverse student body.
A native of Fairmont, WV, Beckley graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. degree in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and from Carnegie Mellon University with a master’s in Public Management and Information Systems. She earned her doctorate in Instructional Design and Technology from WVU.
Prior to joining WVU, Beckley worked at Allegheny Power for 10 years, where she served in several adult education and customer service leadership positions, including general manager of call operations. She is a Harry S. Truman Scholar and received the West Virginia Exemplary Teaching and Leadership Award for her work in the public sector. Beckley is also a graduate of the Educause Learning Technology Leadership Institute. Her specific research interests include customer satisfaction, adult learning theory, instructional design and Six Sigma.
Cullen Williams

Cullen Williams is a Senior Client Relationship Specialist for iClicker. He’s been part of the iClicker team for seven years. In his role, he focuses on training, implementation, troubleshooting, and more.
